What should I bring to practice?
  • Towel

  • Water bottle

  • Workout Clothes (That you don't mind getting wet)

  • Change of clothes for after practice (ex. Pair of underwear, shorts, t-shirt, sandals)

  • Sandals

  • Plastic bag to put wet clothes in

  • Gym Bag

  • Running Shoes

  • Snack (Granola Bar, etc.)

  • Money to eat after practice (We usually go to Chipotle, In n Out, etc.)
